Ideally, you should first check that there have not been any errors during the processing of your request, by looking at the <MetaData> section, under <Event>. You should also collect the informational data under <LastPublishedId> and <SystemMaintenance>. This data informs you on when you can not request any data, and which data doesn't have to be recollected again (see Last Published Ids).

Note All elements under <MetaData> can (and will) occur more than once. This includes <SystemMaintenance>! (E.g., you'll usually see both a 'hello' and a 'goodbye' message from the TBXDS engine.)
